Shari Slavin, co-founder of the firm, is the Managing Partner with primary responsibility for implementing the firm’s protocols for the delivery of quality representation and efficient handling of client matters. Shari oversees the financial and administrative functions, including client management, preparation of litigation budgets and quality control of the firm’s billings. In addition, she handles all personnel and human resource matters, including compliance with applicable Federal and State employment law issues.

Shari’s business acumen stems in part from her experience as a Senior Vice President and Senior Attorney of Bank One Illinois Corp. She is engaged in numerous philanthropic organizations and sits on various boards and committees. Shari’s business background, years of private practice and philanthropic involvement is key to the thriving culture and success of the firm. She encourages all firm members to participate in charity events and community activities while continuing their professional growth.
