Our knowledge of insurance, including the operation of deductibles, self-insured retentions and the triggering of excess policies serves our municipal clients well. We develop litigation strategies in close consultation with a City’s executive staff, risk managers and counsel. We also work closely with our municipal clients in civil actions to recover sums paid as damages or for workers’ compensation.
